By using TradeReady AI services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TradeReady AI provides AI-powered automation tools for tradespeople, including missed call handling, lead follow-up, and appointment booking, delivered via GoHighLevel and WhatsApp integrations.
3. Eligibility
Our services are for business use only. You must be 18 or over and operating a legitimate business in the UK to use our services.
4. Payment Terms
Services are offered on a monthly subscription or one-off payment basis. Subscriptions renew automatically. No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully, provide accurate information, and not misuse our AI tools for spam, harassment, or illegal activity. You are responsible for all communications sent through your account.
6. AI Outputs
TradeReady AI provides AI-generated responses and automations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing automated communications sent to your customers.
7. Intellectual Property
All TradeReady AI branding, tools, and platform content remain our property. Client data and content remain yours. AI-generated outputs produced for your account are licensed to you for business use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeReady AI is not liable for lost profits, missed leads, or indirect damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
